Eliza merges the best of Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Restorative Yoga to give you a compact combination of each discipline. The first half of the class focusses on a mindful + steady flow sequence, followed by a deep + restful restorative practice for complete mind, body, heart + soul toning.
Eliza teaches a fluid style of beginner class and goes with the pace of the group. No previous experience is necessary and Eliza caters to all body types. Yoga is not a religion, but more a science of life; a daily tool to use for personal development and going within to find your answers. Yoga strengthens and stretches your muscles, counteracts physical tension and softens stiff muscles, improves blood circulation in the entire body, oxygen intake increases and you feel more alert, your ability to do more increases as your energy levels increase, and you learn how to relax your body.
